Rukaiyah Adams

Rukaiyah Adams is a finance professional currently serving as a Finance Fellow at The Aspen Institute and CEO of the 1803 Fund, an investment fund focused on generating social and financial returns. Previously, Rukaiyah held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Meyer Memorial Trust, where responsibilities included overseeing a diversified portfolio of approximately $1 billion in assets. Additional experience includes serving as Chair of the Oregon Investment Council and Director of Investment Management at The Standard, managing a $7 billion investment fund. Rukaiyah has also held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Investments at IAM Asset Management, and worked as an M&A lawyer at Ater Wynne LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Rukaiyah's educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a JD in Corporate Law from Stanford Law School.
