Jose Rosario

Jose Rosario has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jose started their career as the Business Development Manager at Gene Reed Toyota in 2005. In 2006, Jose joined BPO International S.A. as the General Manager and PartnerTEL as the Director of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw various back-office functions and was responsible for pre-sale support, procurement, project management, post-sale support, telecom expense management, and more. In 2013, Jose joined Sykes as an Account Manager before moving to 18Techs as the Operations Manager and later becoming the Operations Director. Overall, Jose has demonstrated their expertise in operations management and holds experience in account management and business development.

Jose Rosario has a High School Diploma from Costa Rica Academy (CRA), which they obtained from 1986 to 2000. Jose then attended Western Carolina University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a field of study in Computer Information Systems. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business from Western Carolina University.
