Steve D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Steve began their career as a Freelance Designer, providing design solutions for various organizations. Steve then worked at The Growth Partnership as a Designer and Creative Director, where they established the Creative Services Department and managed print and web projects. Steve also worked at MasterCard as a Senior Visual Designer, where they established the Creative Services Department for the outsourced marketing division and implemented cost-saving measures.

Steve later joined Citi as a Senior User Experience Architect, where they focused on user-centered design methodologies and collaborated with stakeholders to achieve business goals. Steve also worked at iRise as a Manager of Professional Services, leading visualization workshops and managing client engagements.

Steve gained experience in real estate management and investment as the Owner/Investor at Strydi Properties LLC, where they specialized in rehab and restoration of City properties. Steve also provided property management services for single and multi-family units and consulted on condo association management.

Steve co-founded Inerdtia LLC as the Co-Founder and Designer, offering affordable design services to startups and local businesses and producing mobile apps and games. At XperienceLab, they worked as a Senior Consultant, employing user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to visualize complex business problems.

Most recently, Steve joined 1904labs as the Digital Experience Design Lead and eventually became the Assistant Practice Lead. Steve contributed to the design and improvement of customer and employee experiences by utilizing research, measurement, design, and validation techniques.
