Juan Ignacio Piccoli

Juan Ignacio Piccoli has a diverse work experience across several companies and roles. In 2008, they worked as a Representative of Sales Calls at Atento. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Field Coordinator at Consultora Factum. In 2010, they worked as a Surveyor at Plan Ceibal - CITS; Latu. From 2012 to 2019, they held various positions at Mercadolibre.com, including Team Leader of Fraud Prevention and Team Leader of Policies and Rules. In 2019, they worked as a Hiring Analyst at Rootstrap. From 2019 to present, they have been working at 1950Labs, starting as a People Analyst in HR, then as a Senior HR Business Partner, and currently as an Operations Manager.

Juan Ignacio Piccoli has a diverse education history. In 2017, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the Universidad de la República. In 2016, they completed a course in Digital Marketing at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay.

Afterward, in 2019, Juan Ignacio attended a seminar on Talent Attraction and Selection 3.0 at the Universidad ORT Uruguay. Juan Ignacio also pursued a Postgraduate degree in Organizational Transformation at the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración from 2018 to 2019.

In 2020, Juan Ignacio furthered their knowledge in Human Resources by completing a course called Human Resources Business Partner at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Additionally, they obtained certifications in areas such as Scrum Master, Power BI for Talent Acquisition, IT Hiring in Human Resources, and IT Selection.

Juan Ignacio's most recent educational endeavor was in 2021 when they enrolled in a Postgraduate program in Human Resources Management at the UADE Business School specializing in Human Resource Management/Administration.
