Maxim Goryuchkin began their work experience in 2010 as the VP of Business Development at 777 Studios, a role they held until April 2020. Maxim then transitioned to become the Managing Director at 1C Game Studios in October 2012. At 1C Game Studios, Maxim was involved in the development of the popular simulation game "IL-2 Sturmovik" series, as well as the creation of the third-person team-based tactical shooter game "Caliber" about special forces.
Maxim Goryuchkin studied World Economy with a focus on the organization of international business at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
