Jordan Smith

Jordan Smith is an experienced Campaign Manager at 1Call Direct since February 2015, overseeing a team of 15-18 agents while providing SAP support, feedback, and coaching to enhance call performance and sales opportunities. Jordan also created a help desk for remote issue resolution across the entire call center. Prior roles include Team Manager, where responsibilities involved managing inbound and outbound sales teams, and SAP Support, offering floor support to Scottish Power agents. Jordan began the professional journey as a Customer Advisor at 1Call Direct from 2012 to 2015. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed in 2015.
