Ramakrishna Phani Jonnavittula has a strong background in IT project management and leadership roles. Ramakrishna Phani started their career at Infosys as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing, and providing support for the system. Ramakrishna Phani then joined Photon as an Account Manager, where they were involved in prospecting, qualifying, closing, and managing IT services sales.

Afterwards, Jonnavittula worked at Sedin Technologies - RailsFactory as a Presales Manager, leading the Presales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and improving sales pitches and marketing materials. Ramakrishna Phani then transitioned to Digital Chakra Private Limited as a Senior IT Project Manager, where they developed business plans for new lines of business, established control rooms, and managed product lifecycle from planning to marketing.
