Colette Nichols

Colette Nichols is the current Chief Strategy Officer & Director of Operations at 1Digital Agency. Prior to this, they were self-employed. Her previous work experience includes Antelope Valley Hospital, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from March 2017 to November 2018.

At Antelope Valley Hospital, Colette was responsible for the financial turnaround of the organization, increasing revenue and reducing expenses. Colette also oversaw the successful implementation of a new Cerner system and stabilized the hospital's Board governance. During their time at the hospital, they won voter approval in the 2017 general election with 74% of the vote.

Colette Nichols has a Masters in Finance from Harvard University, a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, an MS in Organization and Management from Capella University, and a BA in Political Science & Finance from Westmont College. Colette also has certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in PMP - Project Management Professional.
