Sachin Patel is the Global Head of Technical operations in 1E, responsible for the Information Technology and Customer Support Teams across all global regions.
Sachin joined 1E in 2005 and in total has over 20 years of experience in IT at various levels. As a natural leader he has transformed 1E customer support to achieving 99% customer satisfaction and 97% SLAs, as well as collaborating with other teams with a goal to achieve an end to end world class support operations.
Sachin has a Bsc in Electrical Engineering and Multimedia Computing and lives in London with his wife, son and two daughters.
