Ersel Günes

Ersel Günes has worked in various roles in different companies since 1995. Ersel started as the Managing Director of Convenience Shop Günes in 1995. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Representative for Yörück Hidrolik Makina Ltd. Ersel was also an Activity Leader for EF Education First from 2016 to 2020. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Customer Service Representative for Börse Berlin AG and a Procurement Representative for Volkswagen AG. Ersel has been working as an Area Sales Representative and Area Sales Manager (DACH Region) for MILBOR PMC since 2020, and they are currently the Sales Manager for Photovoltaik-Anlagen, Stromspeicher und eWallboxen at 1KOMMA5°.

Ersel Günes received a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin between 2011 and 2015. Ersel then went on to obtain a Master of Arts in Industrial Sales and Innovation Management from the same institution between 2016 and 2018. Günes also holds certifications from Scrum.org, TÜV Rheinland Group, and PeopleCert, including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Qualitätsauditor (TÜV), Qualitätsbeauftragter (TÜV), and PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management.
