Joana Glaum currently serves as Brand Marketing Manager and PA to the CEO at 1KOMMA5° since March 2024, following a brief role in Employer Branding at Jungheinrich AG from June to September 2023, where responsibilities included developing HR marketing campaigns and maintaining job advertisements. Prior experiences include managing international marketing campaigns at ABOUT YOU, engaging in online marketing and shop management at Otto (GmbH & Co KG), and supporting product launches at Radeberger Gruppe KG. Joana's early career featured roles in gastronomy service and brand management with expertise in trend research and market analysis, along with international experience as an Au-Pair. Joana Glaum is pursuing an M.Sc. in Management with a specialization in Strategic Marketing at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, following a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FH Münster.
