Tom Douglas

Tom Douglas is a Senior Product Manager at 1Komma5°, focused on the digitalization of the solar business. They lead an agile team of developers, UX designers, and solution designers while managing stakeholders across various departments. Previously, Tom served as a Business Area Manager in both Distribution and Services at KP Energy, driving sustainable growth and transitioning the company to a leading Cleantech provider. With a background in BI and Analytics at Vattenfall, Tom provided data-driven insights and executed a BI strategy for a new Business Unit. They hold an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Economics from Uppsala University.
