Yitzy Rosenblum

Yitzy Rosenblum is an experienced executive in the healthcare real estate investment sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at Cascade Capital Group, LLC since January 2016, where responsibilities include acquiring skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, and transitional care facilities nationwide. In addition to this role, Yitzy has been an Advisor at 1Konnection since June 2021 and President of Rose 51 LLC since June 2015.
