Najeeb Agrawalla

Najeeb Agrawalla is an experienced professional with a notable career in banking and education. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at First Women Bank since September 2021 and CEO of 1LINK (Pvt) Limited since November 2016, Najeeb also holds a position as Visiting Faculty at IBA Karachi since October 1996. Prior roles include General Manager of Retail at Bank AL Habib from May 2013 to November 2016, and Group Head at UBL from July 2001 to May 2013, where responsibilities included Group Head of Marketing. Previous experience includes a role at American Express as MM from December 1996 to June 2001. Najeeb Agrawalla holds a BBA (Hons) and an MBA from IBA, complemented by foundational education from Karachi Grammar School.
