Mike Horwath

Mike Horwath has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike currently serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at 1ovmany, where their role involves supporting the company's sustainable growth and scaling the organization to meet its growth aspirations. Mike's focus at 1ovmany includes leading multiple large-scale business transformations, utilizing OKRs' Value Stream alignment and a shift to Product centric ways of working. Mike has also played a crucial role in enabling 1ovmany to achieve recognition as a 'Great Place to Work', 'Carbon Neutral' & 'B-Corp' company.

Prior to their current role, Mike was the Managing Director of Mikehorw Consulting Ltd, a boutique management consultancy. Here, their responsibilities included providing services in Delivery Management and Digital & Agile Transformation. Some of the notable projects they undertook involved programme managing a European-wide digital rebrand for a Health-Tech start-up and successfully delivering it on time.

Before that, Mike held the position of Delivery Director at Friday, a specialist digital service design and engineering agency. In this role, they led multiple client-agency teams to deliver high-quality digital products and services for leading global organizations. Mike's efforts focused on helping clients re-imagine and design their customer experiences, improve their technology, and create client digital strategies.

Prior to Friday, Mike served as the Head of Delivery at Codehouse, a full-service digital experience agency. Mike played a vital role in the agency's growth, overseeing the delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects and leading the agency's internal transformation to adopt long-lived agile teams and product-centric ways of working.

Earlier experiences in Mike's career include working as a Scrum Master at Nature Publishing Group, a Project Manager at Pearson and Counterpoint Systems Limited, and an Implementation Specialist at OB10. Mike also served as an Internal Account Manager at companies like 2e2 and Siemens Network Systems.

Mike Horwath began their education at Stafford Grammar School from 1989 to 1995. Mike then pursued a degree in Land Management at the University of Reading from 1995 to 1997. Following this, they attended Oxford Brookes University in 1997 and 1998, where they also studied Land Management.
