Erin Moore

Erin Moore is an experienced technical communicator with a strong background in documentation and editorial project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Writing at 1Password since September 2021, Erin previously held positions at The New York Times as a Senior Technical Writer and Editorial Assistant for Wirecutter, where editorial support and content management were key responsibilities. As the Head of Documentation and Training at Warpwire, a secure video platform, Erin developed extensive support documentation and training resources while facilitating client onboarding. Erin's earlier roles include positions at the Educopia Institute, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Apple, showcasing a consistent emphasis on technical support and educational technology. Erin holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Reed College.
