Leah MacLean

Leah MacLean is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Associate at 1Password since May 2021, Leah previously held the roles of Operations Manager and Content Creator at Robin’s Nest Family Care, where notable achievements included growing social media followers by over 600 and enhancing engagement through customized newsletters. With prior experience as a Member Experience Associate at MOVATI Athletic and Health Fitness Specialist at Klub20 West Island Gym, Leah demonstrated strong skills in member relations and fitness coaching.
