Roja Bandari

Roja Bandari is currently serving as the Director of AI and Developer Platform at 1Password since July 2025. Prior to this role, Bandari held significant leadership positions at Stripe from September 2020 to May 2024, including Head of Engineering for Risk Intelligence and Credit Intelligence, where responsibilities included leading teams of engineers to manage financial and fraud objectives. Before Stripe, Bandari was the Head of Machine Learning and Data at Lyra Health, successfully doubling the team's size and enhancing machine learning capabilities. Bandari also gained experience at Apple as an Engineering Manager in Machine Learning and started as a Machine Learning Engineer. Academic credentials include a PhD and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, with a focus on Signals and Systems.
