Victor Shkrobot has a strong background in media and broadcasting, with a wealth of experience in various roles. Victor worked at 1+1 media from 2017 to 2023, starting as Head of Brand department and progressing to roles such as Head of Brand and Partnership projects department, Head of Content Strategy coordination, and ultimately Head of Research and Brand development. Prior to that, they were the Head of Broadcasting and Digital at FILM.UA Group from 2015 to 2017. Victor also held positions at TET TV as Programming Director and Head of Research Department from 2011 to 2015, at TVi TV-Channel as Head of Research department from 2010 to 2011, at TV Broadcasting Company 1+1 as an Analyst from 2008 to 2009, and at Inter TV-channel as an Analyst from 2006 to 2008.
Victor Shkrobot attended the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School from 2019 to 2020, where they pursued a field of study in marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy between 2000 and 2006.
