Viviana Petrescu

Viviana Petrescu has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. Viviana began their career as a software engineer intern at Universitaet der Bundeswehr, followed by a software engineer intern role at Google in 2008. Viviana then worked as a software engineer intern at Disney Research Lab in 2010 and NEBION AG in 2011. In 2012, they began working as a software engineer at Scandit. In 2014, they took a role as a research assistant at EPFL. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a data scientist at Siroop. Viviana currently works as a software engineer, applied machine learning at 1plusX AG.

Viviana Petrescu obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jacobs University Bremen between 2006 and 2009. Viviana then went on to pursue a Master of Computer Science from ETH Zürich between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Duolingo German Fluency (Intermediate) and Duolingo French Fluency (Intermediate) in 2015.
