Kayla Baker, MBA has over 10 years of experience in leadership and customer service. In 2017, they became the President of 1Source Events LLC, where they lead a team of event production experts and is responsible for vendor relations and customer experience. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Experience at 1Source International, LLC, where they managed vendor relations and customer experience representatives. In 2013, Kayla worked as a MIT / Sales Consultant at Nalley Automotive Group, where they participated in the Management in Training Program and learned the internal company structure. Kayla also spent time in sales training and building rapport with customers. In 2010, they began their career as a CPA / Managers Assistant at DeVore and Johnson, Inc., where they assisted with AP, AR, Showroom Sales, and Software Training.
