Helen Batt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and operations management. As the founder of Top Ginger since June 2016, Helen provides comprehensive business and operational support to various organizations. Currently serving as Business and Operations Manager for multiple companies, including SERIOUSWORK, 1st Class Logistics UK Ltd, and Cognascent Inc., Helen plays a key role in strategic and operational development, facilitating training, and designing leadership development materials. Previous roles include Project Officer at Learning through Landscapes, where Helen worked on enhancing outdoor spaces for dementia care, and Project Manager at CMe Productions and BT Syntegra, managing projects across diverse sectors. Helen holds a BA in Economic and Social History from the University of Leicester.
