As the owner of 1st Class Real Estate Integrity since January 2022, David focuses on supporting the growth of realtors and real estate agents in Virginia and North Carolina by providing essential tools, systems, and training in a positive work environment. Serving as the National Franchisor at 1st Class Real Estate since January 2013, David helps real estate brokers and agents establish low-cost, high-profit businesses with scalable models. Throughout the career, David has held various titles, including Realtor, Listing Agent, and Director of Business Development, and has consistently facilitated property sales while maximizing client returns through aggressive marketing strategies. David's educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Trinity Western University, complemented by a TESOL certification.
