Melody Cespedes

Melody Cespedes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and franchise development. Currently serving as a Franchise Area Representative at 1st Class Real Estate since October 2016, Melody is focused on the growth of the franchise brand nationwide. Prior roles include Branch Operations Manager, Real Estate Specialist, and Site Director at Expert Global Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations for a large contact center and enhancing business profitability. Melody also has a significant tenure at NCO Financial Systems in various managerial positions and began a career with roles in lending and collections as well as serving in the US Navy as a Machinery Repairman. Melody holds an Associate degree in Elementary Education from Tidewater Community College.
