Francis Grassia

Francis Grassia has had a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry.

Francis started their career at Penn State as a Volunteer Tutor in 2009.

From 2010 to 2012, they worked at TD as a Commercial Loan Operations Representative III, where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of multi-million dollar syndicated non-performing commercial loans.

In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Commercial Loan Operations Representative VI at TD, where they primarily focused on servicing high-dollar agent and participant syndicated/participated loans.

In 2013, they took on the role of Team Lead II at TD, where they were responsible for training employees and providing analysis to senior management regarding portfolio reports and system processing.

In 2014, they joined Republic Bank as a Credit Analyst, where they were responsible for conducting full underwriting and financial analysis for commercial loans. Francis worked on loans ranging from $20M to $3MM and had experience in various loan types.

Finally, in 2018, Francis Grassia joined 1st Colonial Community Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst. Francis later advanced to the role of Credit Manager in 2020.

Francis Grassia started their education at Deptford Township High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma between 2001 and 2005. Francis then pursued further education at Rowan College at Gloucester County from 2005 to 2007, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Francis continued their academic journey at Penn State University from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
