Megan Grant

Megan Grant, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Accounting Operations at 1st Financial Bank USA since March 2025. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Director of Accounting at Pathward from January 2016 to February 2025, where responsibilities included managing complex projects, conducting research and analysis, and leading a team of accountants. Megan’s foundational experience includes roles as Senior Accountant, Accountant II, and Accountant, where duties involved analyzing financial information, ensuring departmental accuracy, and overseeing month-end processes. Previous positions included accounting roles at Avera Health Plans, The Garage, and Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, complemented by a degree in Professional Accountancy from Dakota State University.
