Allan Hinrichs

Allan Hinrichs currently serves as Vice President of Operations at 1st Phorm International since April 2025. Prior to this role, Allan held various positions at Pabst Brewing Company from April 2016 to April 2025, including Vice President of Supply Planning and Production, Senior Director of Production, Director of Supply Transformation, Director of Product Innovation, and Senior Manager of Project Management. Allan's earlier experience includes several roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev from September 2008 to March 2016, such as Operations Manager, Production Manager, Plant Superintendent, Brewhouse/Fermenting Group Manager, and Reliability Manager. Allan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University between 2001 and 2005.
