Joseph P. Zavaglia

Joseph P. Zavaglia is a board member at 1st Security Bank. Joseph has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, including positions at Bank of America, Rainier Bank, and Pacific Coast Banking School. In 2007, they founded their own Italian cooking school, From the Heart of Italy. Joseph has taught classes all over the world and has written a cookbook with over 225 recipes.

Joseph P. Zavaglia started their educational career at O'Dea High School. Joseph then went on to Seattle University, where they earned a B.A.B.A. in Business Mgmt, Economics, and Philosophy. After working in the banking field for some time, they decided to further their education and enrolled at Western Washington University, where they earned an M.Ed in Student Personnel Administration.
