Rosanna Guembes

Rosanna Guembes is currently the General Manager at 1st SOS Staffing. Prior to their current position, they held various housekeeping management positions at different hotels. These include the Housekeeping Manager at The Westin Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, the Complex PM Housekeeping Supervisor at Sheraton Clipper and Sheraton Yankee Trader, and the Housekeeping Supervisor at Hyatt Regency.

Rosanna has many years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been instrumental in opening The Westin Beach Resort & Spa Fort Lauderdale. Rosanna is responsible for assembling the housekeeping staff and is involved in the hiring process. Additionally, they oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and has achieved goals of safety and sustainability.

At Sheraton Clipper and Sheraton Yankee Trader, Rosanna was responsible for overseeing both hotels which had a total of 918 rooms. Rosanna implemented calls to SPG arrivals to ensure guests had a memorable experience. Additionally, they inspected turndown services, public areas, and housekeeping closets. Rosanna also assigned projects for public area attendants.

Before their time at Sheraton Clipper and Sheraton Yankee Trader, Rosanna was the Housekeeping Supervisor at Hyatt Regency. In this role, they supervised the entire housekeeping operation for the hotel.
