Michael Niezgodski

Michael Niezgodski has extensive experience in audit and control, starting in 1991 at PRI Audit & Control as a Senior Audit Manager. In 2008, they transitioned to 1st Source Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Auditor. Throughout their career, they have managed outsourced internal audit services for international organizations and played a key role in expanding client base.

Michael Niezgodski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their studies from 1983 to 1987.
