Derrick F is currently the Chief Retail Officer at 1st United Credit Union, overseeing a variety of departments to drive retail transformation and alignment of member-facing delivery channels. Prior to this role, Derrick served as the SVP of Digital Services at the same company, leading strategic direction of digital banking and services teams. With previous experience as VP Member Experience and Retail Operations at Stanford Federal Credit Union, Regional Director at First Tech Federal Credit Union, and Vice President of Member Services at Valley Credit Union, Derrick has a proven track record of success in leadership positions within the credit union industry. Additionally, Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
