Rebecca Diniz

Rebecca Diniz is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counselling and psychology. Currently serving as a Counsellor at 1to1help.net since November 2024, Rebecca previously held multiple roles at Silver Oak Health, including Counselling Psychologist, Senior EAP Counsellor, and EAP Counsellor from July 2022 to November 2024. Additionally, Rebecca worked as a Chegg Tutor from October 2019 to April 2023 and had a brief internship focused on client engagement in May 2022 at Silver Oak Health. Academically, Rebecca earned a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from CMR University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science.
