Himal Randeniya

Himal Randeniya is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Mana and Being Early Education, along with various roles including Partner at 1Up Ventures and First Believers at Startmate. With a strong background in founding and leading startups such as Sprout, Himal also has experience as a Non-Executive Director at Ku-ring-gai Financial Services Ltd. Previous consultancy roles include being a Management Consultant at Accenture and a Strategist at Telstra. Educationally, Himal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Sydney and is pursuing a Master of Education in Leadership and Management at the same institution. Additionally, Himal has completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
