Joshua Rushman

Joshua Rushman has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Joshua currently works at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty as a Sales Director, where they assumed the role in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager from January to December 2021 and Manager of Sales from July 2019 to December 2020. Before their tenure at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, Joshua worked at RouteMatch Software as a Senior Account Manager. During their time there, they played a key role in maximizing annual revenue growth and increasing share of wallet across existing customers. Joshua worked at RouteMatch Software from October 2015 to March 2019. Joshua's previous experience includes working at Westwood College-Online Campus as an Inside Sales Manager (Director of Admissions) for ten years, from May 2005 to May 2015. Joshua was recognized multiple times as a top performer in sales. Prior to that, Joshua worked at Qwest as a Consumer Sales & Service Representative from August 2002 to April 2005, where they consistently achieved sales targets and developed a strong network of customer contacts. Joshua'searliest experience was at StarTek, where they served as a Sales Supervisor from November 1999 to February 2002, overseeing call center operations and managing client relationships.

Joshua Rushman received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Wildlife, Fish and Wildlands Science and Management from the University of Wyoming from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Chadron State College from 1997 to 1998. Joshua completed their high school education at Leyton High School from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they possess certifications in Colorado Health & Life Insurance from the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing - HCPF, as well as Series 66 and Series 7 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
