Michelle Rozier

Michelle Rozier has worked in the Quality Assurance field since 2004. Michelle began their career at Northrop Grumman as a Quality Policy & Strategy Manager, where they developed, established and maintained quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and controls to ensure lasting customer satisfaction. In 2009, they moved to Mercer Engineering Research Center as a Project and Process Quality Assurance Manager, where they monitored process compliance by establishing and maintaining the internal audit program and issued corrective and preventive actions as necessary. In 2017, they joined L3 Technologies as a Quality Assurance Manager and, in 2018, they became a Manager of Quality Assurance at VERTEX AEROSPACE LLC. Currently, they are a Senior Program Manager at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc.

Michelle Rozier attended Georgia College & State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
