William Bubb

William Bubb has extensive experience in the engineering and program management fields. William began their career in 1988 as a Senior Project Manager at Boeing, where they managed a 140-member team to develop, integrate, and test new software and hardware encompassing multiple subsystems. In 1998, they moved to Ausley Associates, Inc. as a Program Manager/System of Systems Engineer. In 2004, they joined Raytheon Solipsys as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing Navy, Army, and MDA Tactical Component Network (TCN) programs. In 2011, they began working at MAG Aerospace as a Senior Principle Systems Engineer, where they served as the de facto lead for several CEA and CID projects. In 2015, they joined C3 Innovations, Inc. as CIO, Board of Directors, and R&D Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Senior Systems Engineer in the Warfare Solutions Department at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc.

William Bubb attended Kirkwood High School before receiving their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1985 and 1987.
