Currently serving as Social Finance Manager at 20 Degrees, Leigh has previously held roles such as Development Associate at The Resource Foundation, where strategic fundraising initiatives were developed. Prior experience includes consulting for The World Bank, focusing on the social entrepreneurship landscape in Haiti, and interim executive director at Dancing Grounds, where financial management and team leadership were key responsibilities.
