Ric Bridson has a diverse work experience within the hospitality industry. Ric started their career in 2005 at Hydes Brewery Ltd, where they worked as a Bar Supervisor and later as an Assistant Manager until 2008. Ric then joined Ha Ha Bar & Grill as a Bar Supervisor before being promoted to Assistant Manager. In 2008, Ric took on the role of General Manager at Sponge & Chicane, and in 2009, they became an Assistant Manager at Ha Ha Bar & Grill.
In 2010, Ric joined Great Northern Inns as a Bar & Restaurant Manager, a role they held until 2013. Ric then moved to Cucamara Ltd as a General Manager, where they stayed until 2015. Ric's next position was as an Area Manager at 200 Degrees Coffee Shops/Cucamara Ltd/Clumber Bars Ltd from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are working as the Group Operations Manager at 200 Degrees Coffee, a role they began in 2016.
Ric Bridson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Science from the University of Leeds in the years 2001-2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Personnel Development from Leeds Metropolitan University in the years 2004-2005.
