Elza Minako Inada

Elza Minako Inada is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Partner at 200DEV since October 2023. Previously, Elza held the position of Analista de Departamento Pessoal Pleno at Luby from October 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing personnel processes, managing payroll, contract management, and employee benefits. Earlier roles included Assistant and Administrative Assistant in the same organization, performing various tasks related to payroll processing, employee support, and logistical coordination. Elza began their career as an intern at the Defensoria Pública do Estado de São Paulo and the Defensoria Pública da União, gaining legal experience in drafting legal documents and aiding in procedural matters. Elza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completed in June 2016.
