James Beugler

James Beugler is the VP, ISO at 2020 Companies. James has extensive experience in sales, customer retention, and revenue generation.

James began their career in 2001 with Verizon/Superpages.com as a Sales Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring that customer satisfaction remained high. James also played a key role in revenue generation for the company.

In 2006, James moved to Countrywide Home Loans, where they held the positions of Project Manager and Business Analyst II. As Project Manager, they facilitated communication between the Loan Administration group and other business units to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and satisfaction. As Business Analyst, they provided data analysis to improve business process and procedures. James developed a daily reporting procedure for company call centers so that they were able to quickly react to any drops in customer satisfaction scores.

In 2008, James joined 2020 Companies as the VP, ISO. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's sales operations and ensuring that they are meeting their targets. James is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

James Beugler graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Strategic Management.
