Scott Gillette

Scott Gillette has been working in the Learning and Development field for over ten years. Scott started their career as a Sr. Field Sales Trainer for Clearwire in July 2009. In this role, they were responsible for delivering presentations and programs to newly hired and current employees to enhance their skills. Scott also taught sales process and procedures, information about the products, and how to handle common questions and objections for retail, direct, indirect, and business to business sale channels. In September 2013, they left Clearwire to take on the role of Director, Learning & Development at 2020 Companies. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs for employees. Scott also designs and develops instructional materials, coordinates training needs of various locations within assigned region, and provides feedback to employees on their performance.
