Robert Peck

Robert Peck is a Managing Principal at 20/20 Foresight, based out of the firm’s headquarters in Chicago. He has direct oversight of the firm’s New York, California, Texas, and Florida operations. With more than 19 years of experience in talent acquisition, he has successfully placed more than 400 executives at leading firms.

Robert has expertise across a variety of sectors, with a special focus on real estate and financial services. In particular, he enjoys working with dynamic, midmarket real estate firms looking to retain top talent. In addition to his primary responsibility of leading the executive search practice, he oversees a variety of strategic initiatives across the firm including marketing, technology, and strategy.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Robert served as Executive Vice President of a national company which offered supply chain and distribution services to Fortune 500 firms. In this role, he oversaw business development, operations, technology, and analytics and was tasked with growing the company. It is here that he learned the importance of cultivating a strong leadership team.

Currently, Robert is also a partner of several real estate operating companies across the United States which invest primarily in multifamily and student housing assets.
