Alice Lu has extensive experience in both advocacy and the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, Alice serves as a champion for maternal-child home visiting services and affordable childcare with Advocates for Children of New Jersey, and as a member of the Board of Directors for The 2 Degrees Foundation, focusing on stillbirth prevention. In addition, Alice's involvement with Mom Congress and 2020 Mom centers on advancing maternal and infant healthcare policies. Previously, Alice held various marketing roles in pharmaceutical companies, including Senior Product Manager at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included strategic planning and marketing for oncology products. Alice holds an MBA in Marketing and Biotechnology Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
