Kelly Nielson

Kelly Nielson has extensive work experience in healthcare and non-profit organizations. Kelly is currently the Director of Operations and Finance at the Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health, where they oversee operations and finance and manages projects and systems. Prior to this, they worked at Happiest Baby as the Director of Education, where they managed operations, strategy, and communications for a national education program focused on maternal and child health outcomes. Kelly also has experience at UCLA Health, where they worked as the Administrative Director for the Depression Research & Clinic Program and as an Assistant Director of Administration and Division Administrator at the Neuropsychiatric Institute and Hospital. During these roles, they managed teams, budgets, and events and developed partnerships and educational programs. At Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, they worked as a Program Administrator, managing cancer center initiatives and relationships with local hospitals and private practices.
