Richard Molina

Richard Molina has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Richard is currently the Vice President of Technology at 20/20NOW since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at the same company as the Director of IT Support from January 2019 to April 2022 and as a Senior IT Engineer from October 2017 to April 2022.

Before joining 20/20NOW, Richard worked as an IT Support Specialist at General Vision Services from July 2015 to October 2017.

Richard started their career at Vantage Apparel in March 2013 as a Helpdesk Technician, providing level one support and managing IT tickets. Richard supported the main headquarters in Avenel, NJ, as well as satellite offices in St. Louis, Missouri, and Santa Ana, California.

In their early career, Richard was an IT Intern at TJX from March 2013 to December 2013.

Starting in October 2001, Richard worked as a Supervisor at Tristate Telecom until March 2013.

Throughout their career, Richard has gained extensive experience in technology, IT support, and management roles.

Richard Molina has a strong educational background in the field of technology and information technology. Richard completed their Master's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Security from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same institution between 2011 and 2014. Before enrolling at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Richard pursued an Associates degree in General Education from Bergen Community College from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they completed an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering at the DeVry Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. Richard has also obtained the CCENT certification from Cisco in December 2018.
