Justine Marchand

Justine Marchand is an accomplished finance and operations leader with a robust background in various sectors, including technology, humanitarian aid, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as VP of Finance & Operations at 2048 Ventures since January 2025, Justine previously held the position of Director at the AgeTech Investor Network, focusing on investments in aging technology solutions. Justine's experience also includes roles as Head of Product & Data at Choose Love, where efforts centered on humanitarian aid for refugees, and Head of Operations for the $1K Project Ukraine. Additional roles include Senior Program Manager for Techstars Montréal AI and Program Manager at the Business Families Foundation. Justine has also developed expertise in business development and marketing through various positions, including at Viedoc and Fly-n-Sense SAS. Educational credentials include a BBA from INSEEC and business studies at FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences.
