April Florczyk

April started her real estate career in 2000 in Naples, Florida, earning her way to be part of a team, where her first experience in the real estate business was preselling $90 million in real estate releasing a high-rise condo development on the Gulf of Mexico in a single day. From that moment she discovered her calling. In 2002, she returned to Boise, Idaho, and quickly became a licensed agent. Her early sales days included hosting lots of open houses and selling $69k new construction homes to her friends. In 2005, she took the bold step of developing her first subdivision in Meridian and learned quickly about the risk developers and builders take on every day. Today, April runs a luxury real estate team known for its white-glove service and expertise in luxury new construction and high-density development sales, with her business evenly split between new construction and existing resale properties. As an avid real estate investor herself and always striving for growth, she recently expanded her operations to the Ketchum & Sun Valley Market, securing two new developments and several resale listings. In addition to work, April is also a dedicated single mother of three, with her son thriving in college at the University of Arizona and her daughters heading off to college in the next 2 years. Her life has been a testament to leading by example and teaching her children that with focus, drive, and hustle, anything is possible. Despite her many successes, April embraces the philosophy of "failing forward" and continues to want to learn every day. As she enters this exciting new chapter, her focus remains on inspiring her children and those around her while achieving new heights in her real estate career.
