Darren Mastropaolo

Darren Mastropaolo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations focused on innovation and data-driven initiatives. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at 211 Nova Scotia since July 2025, Darren previously held key positions at Kids Help Phone, including Vice President and Associate Vice President of Innovation & Data from March 2020 to June 2025. Prior to that, Darren was Director of International at Crisis Text Line and contributed to the organization in roles such as Head of Retention and Crisis Counselor Coach from February 2016 to March 2020. Earlier career stages included positions at Do Something as Business Development Manager, SparkNotes.com in various capacities related to business development and ad sales, and Razor & Tie as Coordinator of New Business Development. Darren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Music from Bucknell University, attended from 2004 to 2008, and graduated from Falmouth High School.
