Dwight Frindt

Dwight Frindt is an experienced individual who has worked in various leadership positions in different companies. Dwight is the Co-Author of the book "Accelerate: High Leverage Leadership for Today's World" and is the Principal and Co-Founder of a leadership development and education firm. Additionally, Dwight has served as a Best Practice Chair and Master Chair at Vistage International, and held positions such as Sr. Vice President at CWS Capital Partners and Director of Administration at Washington Public Power Supply System. Dwight Frindt also has a background in construction and mining, having been the COO of Mullen Construction & Mining. Dwight holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Geology from Northwestern University.
