Vikas Jain

Vikas Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and entrepreneurship. Vikas co-founded Micromax Informatics Limited in January 2000 and has continued to serve in this role to the present day. In June 2019, Vikas co-founded Play Design Labs, further expanding expertise in design and innovation. Prior to these ventures, Vikas worked as an engineer at General Electric Transportation Systems, specializing in the design of High Pressure Fuel lines for locomotive engines, and at Daewoo Motors Limited. Vikas holds a BSc in Engineering, Mechanical, from Jamia Millia Islamia, completed in 1996, and attended Springdales School in India from 1978 to 1992.
